Vocal Point-Claire Lopez

“What Could Possibly Go Wrong?” is the name of a report from the Center for Security Policy. It deals with an Iraqi nuclear physicist who is known as “the father of Iraq’s nuclear weapons program.” The Center for Security Policy reports: “He has been awarded a 35-year lease for cargo container operations at Port Canaveral, Florida.” Frank Gaffney, the founder and director of the Center observes of this arrangement, made during the Obama administration: “Worse yet, all this was engineered without the knowledge, much less the approval, of either Congress or the American people.” “What Could Possibly Go Wrong?” is available for free in PDF format. Claire Lopez is the Vice President for Research and Analysis at the Center for Security Policy. She is formerly with the CIA and has been a guest lecturer at Georgetown on counterterrorism. Claire Lopez joins Jerry Newcombe on Vocal Point to discuss this so-called “gulf-tainer” issue. www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org
