One of the great pictures of Christ’s redemption is the Passover—because the ancient Hebrews were instructed to take the blood of a lamb without blemish and smear it on the top and two sides of the entrance to their homes—in essence forming the sign of the cross. People were either covered by the blood of the lam or they were not.
