Vocal Point-Terry Schilling

Should a gay baker be forced, against his conscience, to design a beautiful cake that helps promote a meeting of the ex-gays? Should an African-American printer be forced, against his conscience, to print up a poster for the KKK? The answer to these questions are, “Of course not.” Then why should a Christian baker be forced to create a wedding cake to celebrate a same-sex celebration that he does not agree with? The U. S. Supreme Court has agreed to take a case out of Colorado dealing with this very issue in the Masterpiece Cakeshop appeal. Terry Schilling, the executive director at American Principles Project, joins Jerry Newcombe on Vocal Point to discuss what’s at stake in this case. www.americanprinciplesproject.org
