Vocal Point-Terry Schilling

Topic: Supreme Court’s Bostock Decision

“It is not an exaggeration to say that the future of the country…is now at stake.” So says Terry Schilling, executive director of the American Principles Project in the wake of a recent Supreme Court decision, Bostock, which Schilling likens to the Roe v. Wade of gay and transgender rights. Schilling states, “From the day he first took office, President Trump and his administration have done an incredible job standing up against a radical ideology that would cause serious harm to women and children and turn our entire society upside down. We were specifically heartened by the Department of Education’s recent defense of women’s athletic and educational opportunities when they announced last month that Connecticut had violated Title IX by allowing men to compete against women….[M]any of the rights and opportunities we take for granted as Americans [are] now at stake. We urge the administration to stand strong and commit to implementing federal law as it was originally intended.” Terry Schilling joins Jerry Newcombe on Vocal Point to discuss this issue. www.americanprinciplesproject.org.
