Dr. Cal Beisner is a leader with the Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation. He advocates a common sense—not an alarmist perspective—in dealing with climate issues. Recently Beisner was even quoted in Newsweek. He is pleased with Trump’s executive order on the environment, and he notes, “A clean, healthful, beautiful environment is a costly good. And like any costly good, richer people can afford more than poorer people. This is why the greatest threat to the environment is not affluence; it’s poverty.” Cal Beisner joins Jerry Newcombe on Vocal Point to discuss a better approach than alarmism in dealing with climate issues. www.cornwallalliance.org
