When she was 9 years old, Denise Shick’s father told her that he was really supposed to be a girl. Today, she is the director of Help4Families, which describes itself as “an outreach that brings an understanding of the emotional pain and spiritual confusion that people face when a loved one has gender-identity confusion.” Denise wrote the book, My Daddy’s Secret. Denise Shick joins Jerry Newcombe on Vocal Point to discuss a Christian response to the transgender movement that is sweeping much of our culture. www.help4families.com
