In the history of the church, perhaps no movement (outside of Islam) has proved to be a greater foe to the Christian Church than Communism. Dr. Paul Kengor is a professor of history and political science at Grove City College. He is the author of a series of bestselling nonfiction works of history, many of which center around Communism and also Ronald Reagan. Dr. Kengor’s latest book is called “A Pope and a President,” on how the unusual alliance between Pope John Paul II and Ronald Reagan helped speed up the end of the cold war and ultimately, the collapse of the Soviet Union. Dr. Paul Kengor joins Jerry Newcombe on Vocal Point to discuss how the Communists declared war against God for some 70 years or so. www.visionandvalues.org

Henry Rogers of Master Books: “Dear Jerry, Just a note to say thanks for the interview! I was very impressed with the show. My prayer is that God used our time together to touch the heart of men who struggle with pornography.”
