Reforming education in America is our topic in this segment of Vocal Point. Dr. Gary Wolfram is a professor of economics at Hillsdale College in Michigan. Recently he wrote a piece for edweek.com (which focuses on educational issues) on the importance of school choice—especially for poor, inner city children.
