For years, we’ve been told that pro-abortion rights forces just want the procedure to be “safe, legal, and rare.” But then comes an article in by pro-life journalist Micaiah Bilger that calls the first of those adjectives (i.e., safe) into question. The article is entitled: “Planned Parenthood Sues to Stop Health Department From Inspecting Its Abortion Clinics.” The story deals an ACLU lawsuit against an Indiana law. Bilger’s article quotes an ACLU official who complains, “Once again Indiana politicians are barging into the exam room with irrational demands and intrusive requirements.” Bilger notes: “Regular inspections and complication reports are basic, common-sense requirements for health care facilities that help shed light on their health and safety practices.” Micaiah Bilger joins Jerry Newcombe on Vocal Point to discuss this development.

Gary Habermas, Professor of Theology, Liberty University: “I enjoyed very much the interview. You asked good questions & the program flowed like we had planned it for an hour beforehand!”
