Vocal Point-Mike Berry

The Washington, DC Metro has told the Catholic Archdiocese that they would not accept a Christmas ad the Catholics wanted on the buses and trains because it was religious. So the Archdiocese is suing, claiming this is “viewpoint discrimination.” First Liberty Institute has now joined in the fight by writing a friend-of-the-court brief. First Liberty’s president Kelly Shackelford says, “Censoring all religious viewpoints should be an obvious violation of the First Amendment.” First Liberty Institute attorney Mike Berry joins Jerry Newcombe to discuss this issue and why it matters. www.firstliberty.org
