The Washington, DC Metro has told the Catholic Archdiocese that they would not accept a Christmas ad the Catholics wanted on the buses and trains because it was religious. So the Archdiocese is suing, claiming this is “viewpoint discrimination.” First Liberty Institute has now joined in the fight by writing a friend-of-the-court brief.
