For a few years now, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which was formed in the waning days of the civil rights movement to allegedly fight for racial justice, has lately been condemning legitimate Christian ministries as supposed hate groups. Why? Because they don’t believe in same-sex marriage. The SPLC says that D. James Kennedy Ministries, the American Family Association, the FRC, the ADF, Liberty Counsel are supposedly hate groups. After the Charlottesville tragedy, CNN posted information on the SPLC’s list of hate groups—taking the SPLC’s opinion as gospel. Tim Wildmon, president of the American Family Association, is calling CNN out for this. Tim Wildmon joins Jerry Newcombe to talk about the SPLC and CNN and hate in America.
