Claire Culwell is one of about 300 people in America who have survived an abortion. In her new book, Survivor, she has written up her story—including how she learned when she was about 20 that they tried to abort her. All she knew was that she had been given up for adoption and that by God’s grace, she was reared in a loving Christian home. Before Superbowl 2020, abortion survivors, including Claire, appeared in an ad to educate people that they exist. But the Superbowl declined to run the ad.
