Should a pro-life doctor or nurse be forced, against conscience, to participate in abortion? The Trump administration says no, and they created some HHS protections to that effect. But recently a judge blocked President Trump’s protections. Stephanie Taub, senior counsel for First Liberty, decries this decision.
