Dr. Ted Baehr is the founder and publisher of MOVIEGUIDE. He’s also the Chairman of the Christian Film & Television Commission. He has written many books providing a Christian perspective on movies. His research through the years documents that for the most part, audiences crave content with a moral message. G-rated movies tend to do significantly better than R-rated movies.
