Many Christians (and I, Jerry Newcombe, am one of them) maintain that the only real hope for America is genuine revival that brings about true transformation of society. Pastor and author Wallace Henley has written a Thomas Nelson book recently called, Call Down Lightning: What the Welsh Revival of 1904 Reveals About the End Times. Wallace Henley notes, “As the church is blessed, the nation shares the benefit. What happens in the church happens in the nation.”
